Usage and Rates
CELLspace provides affordable space rental for rehearsals, meetings, photo and film shoots, political and activist meetings, and other artistic uses. If you are conducting a meeting of people without open access to the public, this meeting is under 49 people, and you are not charging admission, then your rental would fall under the category of space rental. Space rentals are available at the following rates Monday through Wednesday 10AM-10PM and Thursdays through Sunday 10AM-5PM. For rentals that don't fall under this category, please see event rentals.

All rental rates are subject to change.
Rental rates for photo and film shoots vary.
Kitchen: $25 (14' x 10') max. occupancy 10 people.
Main Space: $25 (32' x 52') max. occupancy 49 people
Classroom: $15 (40' x 16') max. occupancy 20 people.
Dark Room:$15 (16' x 18') max. occupancy 8-10 people. If using the dark room for photografy the max occupancy is 3 people.

Policies
To rent space at CELL, community members should fill out a Space Rental Proposal and submit it in the office for approval.
The Office Coordinator will help you schedule time. You can call or come in to check the calendars for availability before filling out the Space Rental Proposal.
Payment should be received on or before the day the space is used.
If space rental is ongoing, we prefer to receive payment on a monthly basis, before the space is used.
